Daily Meditation: 
What do your actions say about you? What is your body trying to tell you?  Listen closely for the messages hidden within your thoughts and emotions. Listen  closely to what your soul is trying to tell you. Pay attention to your  particular space in the world and take the time to discover and clearly define  your own part in the universe. Then go for it. Discard old behaviors and embrace  new ones. Make new choices that are closer to your soul’s longings. Nourish your  physical self to become stronger and more confident. Listen to your heart and  learn to follow it. Through thought, action, and prayer, honor the person that
you are and that you are striving to become. 
Body: 
Replace old behaviors with new ones that validate your best self.
Heart: 
Listen to your heart‘s wisdom. It often knows more than you are aware of.
Mind: 
Think of your choices and actions as new steps toward a new life.
Soul: 
Consult the quiet inner voice. It is your soul speaking to you.
