What do your actions say about you? What is your body trying to tell you? Listen closely for the messages hidden within your thoughts and emotions. Listen closely to what your soul is trying to tell you. Pay attention to your particular space in the world and take the time to discover and clearly define your own part in the universe. Then go for it. Discard old behaviors and embrace new ones. Make new choices that are closer to your soul’s longings. Nourish your physical self to become stronger and more confident.
