Daily Meditation: 
Open yourself to kindness from others and pay it forward to those around you.  You will find new joy and meaning in your life when you make giving and  receiving kindness a daily habit. Sometimes the smallest act of kindness from a  friend or loved one will reach into your heart and soul and give you a sense of
belonging and value. Find opportunities to extend simple kindnesses to others  whenever you can. You have no way of knowing what another person may be feeling,  what difficulties are being faced, what losses are being lived through. Your  simple act may help another person feel whole and of value. We are all of value  and sometimes a simple act of kindness is all we need to be reminded of that  fact.
Body: 
Practice acts of kindness toward others whenever you can throughout your  day.
Heart: 
Kindnesses soothe our hearts and make us feel loved and valuable.
Mind: 
Realize we do not always know the trials others may be facing and their need  for a little kindness.
Soul: 
A simple kindness can reach into our souls and heal us.
