Daily Meditation:
Your fears will lessen as you learn to be more open and honest with yourself  and with others and when you let them see who you truly are. Identify who you  are, what you want, and what you are willing to live with. The more clearly you  identify what is acceptable to you, the more clearly you will be able to
articulate these things to others. Honor your own needs and desires first and  foremost by only allowing acceptable behavior from others. You will be teaching  others how to treat you and you will also be taking care of yourself.  No longer  will you need to fear the treatment of others. You now are in charge of how you
will be treated. In this way you protect and honor yourself.   
Body: 
Make it clear through your actions how you expect to be treated. 
Heart: 
Accept your own value and expect to be valued by others.
Mind: 
Knowing who you are and expect to be treated with respect.
Soul: 
Accepting only right treatment for others will give you the strength and  confidence to be yourself and erase your fears.
